There has been a lot of recent press about 'underground' text-to-buy grilled cheese upstart ... With this much national press, is this really still 'underground'?

Is it possible that these sandwiches are being made by that woman with the tight dress that worked at that bank ?? I haven't heard anything from her in a while, maybe her publicity people are trying a different angle ?

If these are made by the guy who used to own the grilled cheese place on Ludlow, then they must be awesome. If not, well, grilled cheese is still awesome.
