Today is the first day of spring

Read somewhere that NYC received 4.5 inches of snow this whole winter (December-January-February).

I missed it a little. Very little. But it's not a good situation in so many ways....

I missed it a little. Those storms last year were exciting. Maybe too exciting, but a little snow changes things up...

As far as the planet? I dont form my opinions about global warming from one warm winter.

Actually surprised it was even that much...

I missed it a lot! I love snow. Spring is awesome too but I am not ready for it, and this picture makes me want to go run around in snow. Oh well. Maybe next year.

I'm also not going to form any opinions on one warm winter, but weird weather all over the world, rapid switches between extreme cold and extreme heat, crazy snowstorms in places that don't usually get them, and the warmest winters on record all coming in the last few years.
There's so much evidence that the planetary climate is changing drastically - but a surprising number of Americans are choosing to ignore all those facts and pretend that everything will be OK.

I missed it, and wish we could have a retake of the entire winter. I love snow and the cold, and the quiet both bring. What a huge disappointment. And I dread to think how HOT summer is going to be if we're in the 70s now. Or, perhaps the weather is so bizarre that we'll see snow.

yeah how about the weather - can't have anything to do with a collapsed nuke plant in Japan that continues to spew radiation into the ecosphere - nothing to see here move along hey how about those yankees, don't you love our heros.
