on this new arrival has more about the glut of like-minded businesses along this Avenue A corridor.
The waves of businesses are so odd. Some time back, it was hamburgers. Then pizza, fro-yo, ramen, fancy coffees, twee desserts, now delis, which are at least useful to a broader customer base.

Here I agree with Grieve: I dig the old school/new school pair of fonts. The pop of green is well deployed, letter spacing is *chef's kiss*. This is minimalism done perfectly. Welcome to the Avenue!
