EVG reader Ms. Wildflower share this photo from Fourth Street between Avenue B and Avenue C, noting: "Our block is notoriously disgusting. Looks like someone finally had enough!"
someone did this between 9am and 5pm yesterday. didn't see it on my way to work yesterday morning, but definitely saw it on my way home last night. lol. whoever did this, i just want to say ... BRILLIANT, GOOD WORK!
Free range dogs dropping turds everywhere while their owners pretend not to see a thing. We've caught plenty on camera at our building and surprise...majority are young transplants.
E 3rd st just west of Ave C from the corner till about the post office, you have to basically play hopscotch to avoid the dog shit. Considering there's such a proliferation of it right here, I'm assuming it's one person that always walks their dog (or dogs) here to dump and never picks it up. Someone that lives on this corner must notice you would think....

maybe the proliferation of poo is somehow aimed at the councilmember's office which is on the block?

All it takes is one person taking one dog out twice a day, and not cleaning up ever, to ruin a block.
“I ALWAYS clean up after MY dog”, said every dog owner ever.
Has anyone in their lifetime ever seen any dog owner get fined for not picking up after their pet?
