Ha. "Star Wars buff" means geek of the first magnitude. I should know, my husband is an IT guy.
It's disturbing that this guy is running around untethered in City Hall - what if Leonard Nimoy shows up somewhere with a print of the new Star Trek movie? All municipal functions will shut down. Oh, and they should check all of his computers for Asian porn.
