It was empty as of 6:45-7 or so... and I think they do have a happy hour special. Drop-off Service, Destination and Common Ground all had decent crowds.
You know, Superdive isn't a have-a-few-beers-after-work-in-the-neighborhood place... It only caters to large groups of partygoers from parts unknown who want to drink a keg at a bar.
I walked about about 1:30am and it wasn't packed but it was operating.
