hmm, good question, glamma. someplace with a window with a view of the street. international? mars bar? joe's is always lovely on days, nights, like this.
IMHO, the best bar to enjoy drinks on a snowy night is Angel's Share. The atmosphere is almost magical, and the cocktails aren't bad either. :)
