Dunno if there's a need for another restaurant here. Um, there are already five restaurants on this side of the block between 11th Street and 12th Street alone.

I lived at 188 Ave B in 1987-88. There were only 2-3 inhabited buildings on that side of the street not including the crackhouse squat next door. No restaurants, and a lot of vacant lots.
