Supercuts moved away from the mall here at 19 St. Mark's Place at the end of last month... Curious about the rent and what not here, we looked at the Cushman & Wakefield listing...
Curious thing about the listing, which notes the anchor tenants here — Chipotle and St. Mark's Market ... and look at the Anchor Tenant 3 on the listing...
Walgreen's! A mistake? Wishful thinking? Or is a Walgreen's going to be moving into part of this complex one of these days...?

WTF?! The neighborhood is nothing but fro-yo and tampons.
I'm pretty sure Walgreen's owns Duane Reade now, or something like that. My new Duane Reade rewards card has a Walgreen's logo on it. Suspecting that's what's coming here.
walgreens owns duane reade but does NOT honor the DR sales. DR does not honor walgreens sales.
almost everything is made in china.
there is a walgreens on lafayette street & astor place and a DR on third avenue and 10th street.
