Here's the latest NY See panel, East Village-based illustrator Grant Shaffer's observational sketch diary of things that he sees and hears around the neighborhood.
This is great, but are they still able to make those very important calls on their cellphone? And what about smoking? At least with the paper face masks you can just cut a hole in them and still be able to vape or smoke to your heart’s content.
