Did the car have its alarm on continuously, for hours and hours, driving the neighbors out of their freaking minds?
Because if so, then the oblivious, inconsiderate, rude pig of an owner is lucky to get away with just bleach...and no, I didn't do it.
That's pretty funny. Hahaha. Unless it was an old lady whose car it was; then that's not funny.
