As I wait for the light at 7th St, I'm always drawn to the contrast between this ugly building and it's ugly little useless balconies and the beauty right next to it on the corner. If we're lucky, the Bowery will keep evolving and shed this wart.
I wonder what the weight capacity is on those balconies – 50 pounds?
those balconies look like elevators moving on up..
all the better to plunge off of when you realize how empty your yuppie scum life has become...
