This looks really nice and should work out well for Icon
Realty's Hotel Toshi.
Looking good! I can't wait for it to open, the Starbucks on 2nd Ave and 9th Street is a freak show.
It looks like they've done a great job with the space, love the tin ceilings and the fact that they utilize local artists to help decorate the space.
Love that they're local, not a chain and are opening 150 more spts all over Manhattan.
Icon Realty is responsible for so many terrible things in this community. This is another example of a "de-localization" and finally The Bean actually shows it's "local roots" and below average coffee finally in full gimmicky view.
Hopefully there are no outlets for all the selfish/annoying laptop lingerers hahaha
