I can't complain about my rent, but I have 2 regrets. The first is that I didn't take a second apartment in my building when it was easily available, and the second is when a 2 (or 3) bedroom 1.5 bath apartment opened up in those nice buildings across from Key Food I didn't want to spring for the $425 the landlord wanted.
That must be the Disney Fantasy ship NotifyNYC woke me up this morning to warn me about.
