it's the Jake's Dilemma people who were supposedly opening in the old Grace & Hope Mission space on 3rd and 14th. i guess they found a new way in. and that block, already a misery to be avoided thanks to the flocks of drunken crowds, gets another one "down the hatch."
Weak... and only about a hundred feet from my bedroom window. Telephone/Ryan's/Thirsty Scholar on that block were about as good as you can expect in terms of non-obnoxious patrons, rarely lines outside and low noise. No longer it would seem.
