RIP Crazy Landlord sign
Construction continues at the incoming Bean on Second Avenue and Third Street... You can see the progress as of yesterday in this photo by EV Grieve reader Marjorie Ingall ... Notice anything different?

i'll miss the sign, but am overjoyed at the return of the Bean to this corner of the East Village. Sometimes change can be good I guess
A fun sign, indeed, but residents can take solace in knowing that in it's place will be a new mosaic by Jim Power.
Both Jim and The Bean are looking to make a splash.
Aw, I liked that sign, too, but it's much better to have The Bean there.
