Don't forget more bars and 7-11s and esp. banks, trustafarians need those to get their funds.
And who needs things like laundromats, when the people who do move in here (for only a year, an extended holiday, just to be around the nightlife), just buy more clothes and disposed of the old ones, or they move in a building where the apartments or buildings have their own washer and dryer. Screw us tenants who can't afford those.
With all due respect, shouldn't Mark have used the word "finished" instead of "done" or was good grammar not high on his list of priorities that day? Just sayin'... :)

By the way
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.

But Danny is big in Japan.
10:21, I agree, I'd never expect this type of note from a non-trust fund gay ex-partner.
Nice penmanship though...
What a childish thing to do. Grow up.
Yeah Danny! The nerve of you being in the company of another man! That's not an option when you date psychopaths. Female friends only!!!
