block drug store is exactly what we want and need in this neighborhood.
a long time store that serves the people that live here.
on top of all the positive remarks on off the grid, block had provided a life-saving service during the sandy blackout.
folks sat outside the store during the black-out filling prescriptions and providing other necessities. all you had to do was bring them your current rx bottle and they refilled it and said to pay them after power had been restored.
they are a true neighborhood treasure.
