I actually didn't park my bike in its usual place outside my building on 6th St.--also because of this movie. The guy working had at first told me I could, but then I asked if it would be okay when they were breaking down the street-long setup. That was when we agreed I should park it elsewhere. No biking near the bike movie! Ahhh, irony.

We love tips
Have a story idea or tip about something happening in the East Village? Or maybe a photo? Or several photos? Or video! We'd love to hear about it. Or see it. Or something. Please go here to submit a tip.
By the way
Here, you'll find things that you may or may not be interested in about the East Village and other parts of New York City. Appreciating what's here while it's still here. Remembering what's no longer here. Wishing some things weren't here that are here.

Uh, OK and what's your point? The cones are there so bikes don't fly through, so that they realize they are filming a movie.
Oh, I know... just seemed kind of funny after all of our bike lane exchanges this week.
That's so funny. You'd think they'd be respectful of the bikes lanes given that this is a movie about a bike messenger!
