Of course, it's a Dead End -- it's an ALLEY! We never used to try to make malls out of alleys. This is just another example of how Bloomberg's Density to Fund the City has screwed over neighborhood after neighborhood. We're so on top of each other it's no wonder every CB meeting is just full of anger and hate. Don't blame the bars/clubs vs. sleepless residents - blame City Planning!
