Living on the block and having seen who was actually using this monstrosity, I can safely say that this picture isn't as bad as it may first appear. This wasn't being rented out by the 13th Step Bro Brigade, but by a family celebrating a young girl's Quinceañera at the 535 E. 5th Community Room.
