Ramones: Back when I was listening to them, I'd have said "Teenage Lobotomy". Today though, it's "Rockaway Beach".
Ms. Wheelchair America: Small businesses are exempt from many legal requirements large businesses must follow. That's part of their "charm," I suppose.

So are you suggesting all the small stores be replaced with chain stores so Ms. Wheelchair can then "have the full experience of someone living in the East Village" that she seeks and deserves? (-;
