As a native San Franciscan and a self-proclaimed burrito/mexican food snob, I have to disagree with anonymous. I'm always on the lookout for a good taqueria in NY. Tacos are great. Served up mexican style with a side of pickled jalapenos and carrots. Homemade tortillas. Great selection of salsas. I have yet to try the burittos and quesadilla suizas. Staff uber friendly. Stay tuned.
Tried the tacos last night... thumbs up! Nothing like them in the hood. One carnatas, one pollo - $9. Fresh and tasty. Tortillas were amazing and the salsas were knockouts. Bonus for the very friendly service. I do hope locals support this place.
Served up with a side of pickeled of veg.?!! Thanks for the tip 1:42. Don't know of another Mex place in NYC that does that. Wasn't that interested before but definitely checking that out later today! (Hope I don't get beat down by skaters)

Had this a few days ago. It was bland and, oh yes, bland. La esquina, still the best mex in town. This place is no bueno.
