Hang on, isn't this part of a pattern? I saw two cars on 12th between 2nd and 3rd in exactly the same condition. Both damaged on the street side, and pushed onto the curb - both had flat tires on the curb side of the car.
I assumed a garbage truck had backed into them, but now I'm wondering if someone is going this deliberately.
