Streecha Ukrainian Kitchen, the basement cafe that serves as a fundraising arm of the St George Ukrainian Catholic Church just up East Seventh Street, has expanded its hours.
They are now open daily here at 33 E. Seventh St. between Second Avenue and Cooper Square.

This is definitely good news. I'm glad they are expanding. Some of the so called transit restaurants can learn a lot from them. Good Price and quality that's a rare find. 😁😁😁😁😁

I love this place, the food is delicious, it's a place to see generations eating together and you cannot beat the prices.
2nd best part about this post is that they have an instagram. Streecha has social media presence
And it is all for a good cause, too!
So happy they're expanding their hours - good food at affordable prices is something to celebrate! (And Instagram, too; the photos are making me hungry!)

And what is that? If you have volunteers from the church do a lot of the work you will be a success?
That is not a business plan.
I must come here.
Top of the list for a budget eatery. I'd sudgest to offer a seasonal salad to complete the menu.
Unfortunately portion sizes have decreased dramatically. It's not as cheap as it seems
I love everything about it. Glad they're open more now!
