Small shops continue to struggle
We noticed that small shops were either closed or on their way out on Avenue B near 12th Street...

Grieve, the barbershop on 14th St south, between 1st and A just closed as well. Too bad, it's been there forever and the dudes who hung out there were always stylin'.
