Last night about 11:30 there was a group of hooligans (the all white, college student kind), probably 10 male and two female, walking west on 12th Street, smoking pot, throwing all of the trash around and generally acting like complete morons.
Good thing it wasn't on a Volkswagen, 'caus then it would have been a bedbug.
