Not cool. This location of Beth Israel service the poorest in our neighborhood. This mess makes an already dreary entrance into a shit hole for those who work and use this clinic. What is the point of this vandalism to make a name for the "artist". If you want to make a statement put this shit on a luxury building as a welcome not a building that services the sick and the poor.

Not street art, not graffiti art...just pure crap. COOL should change the tag to VANDALISM...
