Those paste-ups look like the work of WK Interact, a French street artist who had a gallery show here in NYC last summer. I have seen a few of his other paste-ups around the Lower East Side, Alphabet City, and the Meatpacking District (including http://www.flickr.com/photos/salim/3732019167/).
those paste-ups are awesome.
I like it a lot better than the usual rollerblading-ninja stuff from WK.
