I love chocolate-mouse.
See what the omission of one letter can cause?

7-Eleven will never have to worry about DOH as they are exempt from the Mayor Clownberg's letter grade system as well as the 20oz sugary drink ban.

I got a couple bakery items there about a year ago and they were absolutely terrible. Maybe the place should narrow its focus to frozen yogurt, 24/7.

nothing but a money making scam launched by Bloomberg and his health nazi's ..they just cashed in about $4000 of Eastside's hard earned money...anyone in the restuarant business knows what a scam this is, how everybody gets an A...after they pay for it. - BL

ps .. excellent little article on it in this blog > http://hackingthroughdistractions.blogspot.com/2011/12/grade-b-c-pending-nyc-health-dept-scam.html

"In 1947 a Harlem restaurant opened up on street, but was closed last year and fined $15,000. In 2010 this nanny state organization shut down 27% MORE restaurants than in 2009. That's more New Yorkers UNEMPLOYED because some clown with a clip board who NEVER WORKED in a restaurant ticks off few boxes and that's the end of an ERA?"

Yes, the "Health Department" is really a cash making scheme that is skewed towards large businesses/ chains. The exorbitant fines they levy have little to do with health and safety and a lot to do with generating cash. They somehow have the staff to come around multiple times a year (even during the blackout) but the DOB has no time or staff to protect people's safety regarding construction codes.
