EVG reader Charlie Chen shared this parking hierarchy from last night. A McLaren parked behind a Maserati parked behind a BMW on Second Avenue at East 12th Street.

Not cool. And another evidence/confirmation that the EV is now for, and invaded by, moneyed transients treating the neighborhood as their own personal Montauk at night, thus the proliferation of lux gastropubs, cocktail lounges, "coffee shop", and that godforsaken word, eateries. And its the locals who have to suffer and clean-up after them. Yeah, yeah, yeah, if you don't like luxury things, then move to...
* Sigh * And when I expressed some dismay at $10K being the new benchmark for 2 br apartments in the neighborhood, my neighbor said, "Wow, they must be really big."
Don't worry the sharpton/diblasio administration will fix this soon enough. When the nypd pulls back and the crime rate explodes these cars will flee along with their owners. Soon they will be replaced NY hyper aggressive panhandlers and shopping carts and maybe the tents can come back to TSP. That will get the rich and their offspring to move to Westchester where they belong.

Next thing you know, the millionaires are going to be complaining about being driven out by the billionaires.
Seriously that McLaren driver has balls of steel. I saw him parking in K-Town the same way the night before, next to a pile of garbage.

This is the norm in London and we're well on our way to getting there unfortunately.
lol at "their own personal Montauk." Could we all be any further up our own ass?
At least it's a McLaren and not a Ferrari. McLaren's are a little bit more for "people in the know" and not just showoffs.
