Be Juice coming to 3rd Avenue
The cold-press juice craze shows no sign of slowing down (oh wait until the juiceocalypse!). Signs are up now for a new Be Juice location on Third Avenue between East 12th Street and East 13th Street adjacent to the new Basics Plus, which opened Friday.
Where's the door?
The folks at Basic Plus said that the juicers will have a walk-up window … and it will be open for business in another week.
Anyway, Be Juice opened a location on East 13th Street and University Place back in the spring — also attached to a Basics Plus.
Here's to your juice cleanse.

So predictable now. Has anyone noticed how all the 20 somethings always walk around with some big ass drink in one hand and their phones in the other? They are constantly feeding themselves.
I guess the advantage is that they will all balloon to 300 pounds as soon as they hit their 30s and have to move to the suburbs because they can't walk up the subway steps.
There are tons of calories in frozen coffee drinks, giant juices, and endless cocktails and beer.
Maybe then we will have some fucking peace.
This makes me so fucking happy... Now I have three juice bars within one block of my apartment...
Now if I can just get a fourth fro-ho place!
@8:52 AM, They are constantly eaing and feeding themselves and each other.
I would rather have a damn 7-11 than another juice place. At least middle class East Villagers can afford 7-11.
Amuse myself by doing math in my head: 10 per day for juice x 365 days x 30 years = ?
Beetlejuice would have been a better name.
