Perhaps future location of a Sydney Greenstreets-themed tavern....lotsa falcon statues and hangin' bowler hats.....stuffed Peter Lorre sittin' at a corner table.....serves only gin.....piano player....
They just wrapped up construction there and the streets are a mess of patchwork mounds of asphalt. Perhaps a beta launch of the forthcoming speed bumps?
