An EVG reader shared this photo today... outside 44 E. First St. between First Avenue and Second Avenue where the Exotic Green House smoke shop has opened... (and one day we may actually list every new smoke shop that has opened in the East Village the past 3-4 months).

Welcome to the neighborhood friend. Nice to see a once vacant storefront back in use.
It’s nice to see a new business that is unique and not like anything else in the neighborhood.
It even has that same lame Rick and Morty wall painting Are those prefabbed stickers or do they all hire the same artist?
A population which is drunk and or stoned all day is oblivious to what those in power are planning.
