In: The dungeon look

We previously noted the new Korzo Haus's decor on Seventh Street near Avenue B....



And now, the Chico plywood outside the coming-soon Korean fried chicken/jazz club has come down on Fourth Street near First Avenue.... at least in the dark, it looked a little dungeony....

AS the sun goes down, you'll be able to barbecue your own hand and light cigarettes on that wall...

Didn't that space used to be a sushi restaurant, or am I imagining things here?

Yep — it was Jeollado. Never ate there, but it had a nice open air feel, as I recall....
