The Adele's mini lawn not looking so good
Just the other day we noted the arrival of mini plots of grass outside the Adele, the new 12-story, mixed-used apartment building at East Houston and Avenue D.
And after just a week, thewee pads grass is pretty much dead.

Grass is legal in NY State, However- don't try to smoke it like in the picture
Imagine how they manage the building if they can't handle a small patch of grass lol.
