An EV Angel for sure!
Even though I am just now learning her identity, been a fan of this lady's work for many years now. You losers can have your David Changs, Bobby Flays and Sandra Lees and whatever. To me people like the Queen of Borscht are the real stars of cooking.
She's irreplaceable! She has certainly earned her retirement, but the borscht will never be the same . . .
She even has borscht-colored hair!
