I believe all these decorations are left over from last year. I went in to KMart for something in May or June and the lower floor was eerie and dim and still had the Easter and St Pat's stuff on shelves. Some of the winter clothes that are in there now are left over from last year as well. I guess there's no point in restocking when the store was shut and the supply is/was still good. At this point, I say we treat every day as a holiday.
90% off something they could sell for more in a couple of months smells like this Kmart is not long for the world —not expecting to be open on St. Patrick’s Day or Easter.....
I miss their book section it was truly bizarre, I asked where it was and the guy showed me a box full of wet ripped books. I would have asked if I could get ten for a dollar but it was too much to dig through they were all just dumped in on top of each other. Missing covers, torn out pages.

I was there a couple months ago and it seems their "seasonal" section is now just a collection of items for every season/holiday.
