What are those structures on the roof? It might help to see a 'before' picture to tell what those are. I'm just glad no one was hurt.
I was thinking the same thing. It's like there is a small village on top of that building.
Is this the same building that burned in the early 90s. Home of the restaurant The Levee?

That was on First Street and First Avenue....where One and One is now...
It wasn't 1st & 1st, it was the corner of Houston and Avenue A
