Porchetta.Hog and Ballaro Bakery barely lasted in this space. Perhaps this place will break the losing streak.

The only retail establishment that survived on this block is the Liquor Store across the street. I've kept them in business...with the help of some friends.
E!'s already got an EV gluten free bakery reality show. Maybe Bravo can set something up here or at Uncle Waltie's liquor store. Woo hoo.
'Next Opening' sounds like a bad porn movie. While that may be the literal translation of 'Prossima Apertura', I believe they meant "Opening Soon".
The remainder says "traditional Italian risotto, gluten-free kitchen, rice-based"
Although this morning the signs were down, but the brown paper was still up.
