Car alarm rage?
DEFINITELY car alarm rage. Perfect. It's so hard not to do violence to these $%#@!& cars. If the trash can was placed gently, at least it may not have caused lasting harm. I used to fantasize about dropping anvils.
I told them to leave it at the house?
Someone must have been in a real Snit this morning.....saw two overturned motorcycles at the corner of First Ave and St. Marks by ht e shoe store.....

There was a scooter toppled on 12th st between A-B too....
Car alarms ought to CALL / TEXT your cell phone when they go OFF.
