I took out that line. I also didn’t factor in Manhattan Mini-Storage on Second Avenue just below 2nd Street. 👍
I like the idea but it does seem to incur some risk for the hosting landlords and the residents.
Two Boots used to have its office in that basement. I lived there for many years with roommates [one of them was Chan Marshall]. I am sure that the current tenants of apartments there are not too happy about having a large number of random people having access to the building.
How much is the rent ? I may decide to rent one so I can afford to move back and live in the East Village again. I probably should not have posted this comment but I do wonder if this has happened in any of their other storage space {Apartments} ?
