This location between Second Avenue and Third Avenue closed for the renovations on Sept. 18. While the awning is back, the dining room still has a ways to go...

They need to renovate their coffee maker, this place served the weakest cup of coffee I ever had.
Looked like they were either almost ready to go or actually ready to go. There were people inside sitting down tonight but it may have been employees. Inside didn't look all too different. I haven't been this excited since their grand opening!
Vegan pancakes at IHOP a national chain right good luck with that.
What is the fascination with IHOP? There are countless independently owned diners, coffee shops, etc. which sell pancakes as good as or better than IHOP - support them.
You can make your own pancakes (vegan and not) with many mixes out there.

Hope they have vegan pancakes.
Ahh. All's right with the world.
Ironic that there's a demolished toilet at the entrance because the only one time I ate at an IHOP I had to destroy a toilet afterwards! :op
Why are they throwing out the gravy boat?!
