Concern mounts for snowman on Second Avenue

Passersby are troubled by the snowman continuously nodding off on the job here on Second Avenue near East Houston…

How do you explain this to the children?

Brilliant!!! Thanks so much for Sunday morning guffaws. Can't help wondering if the photographer helped him along to get such a great sequence.

Now that Mars Bar is gone, that block is totally boring. I'd fall asleep if I had to stand there 24/7 too.

@Goggla Agreed. I walked by there yesterday and between the forgettable Avalon / Jupiter combo, a few empty store fronts and the building either going up or coming down, those few blocks are a dead zone. I feel bad for the little vintage clothing shop across the street because there's no complimentary businesses or any real reason to go down there.
