I walked by there yesterday and between the forgettable Avalon / Jupiter combo, a few empty store fronts and the building either going up or coming down, those few blocks are a dead zone. I feel bad for the little vintage clothing shop across the street because there's no complimentary businesses or any real reason to go down there.
