The reading of a passage from Omar Khayyam to a Persian customer...
As Peter Brownscombe, who shared these photos, says: Ray provides this service upon request at no extra charge.
Ray's is at 113 Avenue A near Seventh Street.
Is Ray a notary agent? If not will someone please pay for his notary course so people can get documents notarized by him?
He'd make bank if he charged say $5 if you came to the store and he "went to you" by stepping outside the store to notarize something for you (under New York law you cannot charge more than $2 to notarize a document if someone comes to you but you can charge whatever you want if vice versa.)
