On the street

EVG Facebook friend Roy Lee, a former East Village resident, was back in the neighborhood earlier this month... he shared a few photos that he took...

Wow. These are great. (And except for the pointed millennial-staring-at-phone-screen one, could have been taken in the '80s. Maybe our neighborhood has changed less than we tend to think?)

they were in process of asking him to leave the church for being a drunk ass i guess. he leaned against the door thinking it was locked and fell right down. the cops were there because someone said he had stolen something but that wasn't the case. ambulance came and off he went. nice chatting with the employees of the church. good guys.
