Annoying getting their mail, and no place to leave it
Oh the horror of getting mail you could just throw out or open for fun and living on one of the most interesting blocks in the city (maybe not people wise but SMP is still an architectual treat.)
Mail not a problem usually but lately the postal service has been lacking
