Regarding photo of 2 people on Citibike....
have been seeing this more and more.
Incredibly dangerous.

Also seeing more teenagers - seemingly under 16 - on Citibike.
Teenagers - emulating adult bicyclists - going through red lights, going wrong way, looking at phones etc.
And of course no helmets.
Dangerous for them, for pedestrians, other bicyclists and vehicle drivers.
