Going clubbing on Avenue A
Andrew Adam Newman on Ave C spotted these last night near Key on Avenue A...
There were multiple reader reports of a huge golf-themed pub crawl through the neighborhood yesterday...though we do recall seeing Manny the Peddler selling some golf clubs lately as well...

I am an East Village golfer since 2005. I have met a few fellow EV golfers over the years and let me tell you they are very few. There's probably more albino hermaphrodites here than golfers. The looks I get walking to the train with the golf bag, I wonder if some of these people are seeing a golf club for the first time in their life. Face-palm. Sports and rec is such a anathema in this neighborhood, that has always miffed me.
