Back in the summer, we looked at 735 E. Ninth St., a nice 3,300-square-foot loft space between Avenue C and Avenue D.
There's a new broker now for the space... as well as some new photos on Streeteasy ... and not just any photos:
This apartment has been virtually staged with a 3D animated video to show what this historic quintessential loft gem can be turned into. This the best deal in town! This unique downtown artist loft in an historic East Village building is finally available!
Oh! You don't always get to see a virtually staged loft around here...
Thoughts on what this can be turned into?
The price remains the same at $3.3 million.

I guess people want the "loft feel" without the real loft. I hear Taylor Swift passed on this one.
Nobody is going to buy anything in this building with that rusted out hoarder van full of garbage and stacked with bicycle parts perpetually parked right in front. If I was the seller, I'd have that thing towed.

A Marc Jacobs Beauty Store with a cocktail bar and ice cream in glossy black packaging.
I would never buy anything east of Avenue B: the storm surge from Sandy came up past Ave C. Interestingly, the waters all round town never passed the original footprint of Manhattan Island; only the landfill areas got flooded. I guess the Native Americans knew best after all.
